Saturday, a Weird and Wild One

My brother, mom, and grandma went downstate for a family reunion. My sister and I stayed up north because she has a few musical performances and I just wanted to stay here. I finished another chapter in my current project just now, and I saw the musical performance last night with a few of my friends.

It was pretty great, needless to say.

Ice cream at a picnic table at 10 o'clock at night is always fun. Why have I never thought about that before?

I've got some goofy ideas incorporated in my projects, including throwing ice cream out the window (which really happened), walking down the street in a sumo wrestling suit (which also really happened), and stealing a video game from an innocent bystander because that game was one that he really wanted (yet another true story).

I didn't sit inside the computer lab at my local library today with a bunch of old folk, but I did manage to get another chapter finished of The Somewhat Perilous Plot of the Patriotic Mosquitoes.

For whatever reason, trying to convert the title's text to italics is tough. Steak should not be.

I'm toying with the idea of creating journals for people, like myself, who adore the idea of writing. And I'm also toying with the idea of taking some time off to market my published projects. However, this would be after I finish my current project, which I've set a personal deadline to the middle of December.

HOLIDAYS, BAYBAY!!!!

Chances are I will still be writing when I focus on the marketing aspect of my projects. Maybe not as much as I have been, but I think it will be good when people start becoming more aware of my writings.

Like you.

Oh, and if you are still looking for books to read for the summer, may I recommend my books? I have the first book from each of the three series published as a hardcopy and all of my published works are available on Kindle.

So hopefully you take my word on my recommendation, and happy reading!

Make it a great rest of the weekend.
