Jack went home eventually, and Levi and his dad decided to stay up a while longer. It was now 9 o’clock in the evening, and they watched two comedy movies until about midnight.
Their mom, Victoria, Olivia, and Evelyn Maeve were asleep at this time, and Levi and their dad decided to play video games until about 2 o’clock in the morning. “Would you like to go to our favorite fast food joint tonight?” Levi’s dad asked. “Now?” Levi asked back. “Yes. Now.” “I’m up for that!” Levi and their dad drove to get some food, came home, and stayed up until 4 o’clock in the morning. And what a fun night it was.

It's Haiku Tuesday.
It is not often a thing. But it is this week. Saltwater taffy. Red velvet, smores, and berry. At the candy store. Went there Saturday. Red velvet is very good. Smores is good as well. I'm writing again. Oh my gosh, it's been so long. Creativity. Today is Sunday.
Not in the mood for haiku. Do it anyway. Tomorrow's Monday. Not in the mood for haiku. Do it anyway. Finished a chapter. My sci-fi compilation Is moving forward. Wow. What a weekend. Well, I really did a lot. Game night on Friday. And, on Saturday. The zoo in, oh, Chicago. Was really a first. Waiting for some time. Candy shop in Merrillville. I got a t-shirt. I took some selfeets. Of my coolest shoes ever. That is now a trend. Don't know what to say. Forty-five minutes away From being Monday. Cafe in Valpo. Strawberry smoothie, oh yeah. Then shrimp and noodles. Today, Naperville. Got some delicious free food. From a grad party. We are not hungry. We are really satisfied. Thanks to the free food. Walking in downtown. Naperville is so splendid. But it's so humid. Finished a chapter. Eighteen chapters left to go. I am on a roll. After Mackenzie left, Levi played video games until he heard his phone go off. He checked it, which was on the coffee table. It was Randy Lindt, often known as the Fat Pigeon, and Adam Dahnwright’s best friend.
Oh boy. “Hello?” Levi answered with apprehension. “We don’t market the house because we don’t mark it,” the Fat Pigeon replied. “What does that have to do with anything?” With a roll of the eyes, Levi then hung up. He did not have time for this. Instead, he had time to play his favorite video games. And when he heard his phone ring once again, he decided not to answer it. Levi knew that he was going to get at least another stupid joke from the Fat Pigeon. With this in mind, he went back to playing his favorite video games. Saturday evening,
Went back to alma mater, To hear jazz music. 'Twas really jazzy. Wanted to hear some blues, too. Got it in my head. Til Sunday morning. Listened to that blues music, Right before my walk. It's liberating. Like that one mantra, "Yolo." You only live once. Dacston and his friends, Dinos who play saxophones. Galavanti Isles. It is the island, Jazzy isle of dinosaurs. Yes, they make it so. Aaaaaand it's Friday!
You are all probably wondering what you are gonna do right now. So, with that in mind, I am going to tell you what I'm gonna do right now. I'm gonna sit here on a high school by my desktop, writing this outlandish blog. But I'm also hoping to catch a band before we see a very interesting movie. I have no idea what the band's name is or anything. I don't know jack about the band. I really don't. But I have heard that they make a mean pineapple beer. Maybe not tonight, but it sounds super tropical. Take me to Hawaii. I wanna go there pretty badly. But I like live bands. They are fun to listen to, even if they are just up and coming. When I'm listening to the band, I will probably shake my soft drink in the air and shout as loudly as I possibly can. When I'm watching the movie, I will probably watch the funny parts and then work on my story by texting random paragraphs to my cell phone. Who knows? I might come up with some ideas for the remaining twenty some-odd chapters in my new project and write a bit at the band performance as well. So that's what I'm gonna do as far as I know. An update on my newest project, The Somewhat Perilous Plot of the Patriotic Mosquitoes, I am a third of the way in. I'm hoping to get the writing part done by late October or even early November. I'm hoping to officially publish this project by December, in time for Hanukkah and Christmas! Sorry for no update recently. These have been a stressful few months and I had basically taken a bit of a hiatus from writing. I'd write every now and then, but not as frequently as I'd like. But that's okay. And I do have some good news for all of you! Rockybado 2: A Run in the Game, The Jazzy Island of Dinosaurs 2: The Sound of a B Flat, and The Magic Video Game 2: Time for Tennis will be FREE on Amazon for Kindle on Friday June 17th and Saturday June 18th, so please check them out by reading the summaries and clicking on the links below! In the meantime, Brody's older brother, Brett, must come out of his shell in order to communicate effectively with his love interest, as does David. Dawson, the oldest, and Toby, the youngest, also try to figure out who they are and who they want to be. Everyone is faced with different challenges throughout the summer." And, coming from a big family, the Grzedek's are often visiting their relatives, and the five kids are always learning new things. Therefore, summer is off to a good start." The Magic Video Game 2: Time for Tennis: "It is summer of 2006 in Valparaiso, Indiana, and Levi Cranston and his friends have to prepare for the upcoming tennis season as freshmen in high school. With two new boys who join Levi's group of friends, a date gone wrong with his girlfriend, a renovation of his family's garage, and the beginning of many tennis practices, this summer proves to be very eventful." Have a great weekend! You Know Who Cosmo was walking along the shoreline when he spotted an unidentified flying object. When the UFO finally landed on the beach, there was a weird-looking creature that found the crazy penguin.
He walked up to the penguin and introduced himself. “Hello, my name is Sam. I am happy to be in Calignobia,” the creature said. “Sorry, bub. You happen to be in Wakahakai,” Cosmo answered matter-of-factly. “Well, then where is Calignobia?” Cosmo pointed in two different directions. “Thank you, Sir Penguin.” “You’re welcome! Come back any time!” Cosmo shouted at the top of his lungs when the creature boarded back into his UFO. This weekend was fun.
Ping pong at the arcade place. Chicken wings downtown. Go-karts outside, brah. In the sunset, that was fun. It was really fast. Concert was so good. But it was so really hot. Let's go somewhere else. Fast food joint hopping. Soft drink, water, and nuggets. It was well worth it. Writing this haiku. Can we do this all again? Yes. I think we should. Hey friends!

See you tomorrow for Haiku Monday! You Know Who Back in Valparaiso, Victoria and Evelyn Maeve spent the entire day with each other. Their parents were working and would be home in the afternoon.
It was now eleven o’clock in the morning, and the two girls decided to walk around downtown. They had nothing else to do today. When the two girls started walking around the nice downtown area, Evelyn Maeve brought, to Victoria’s attention, a man with his thumb up, obviously waiting for a ride from a random person. “Is that person hijacking?” Evelyn Maeve asked her older sister, with a smile. Victoria and Evelyn Maeve laughed very hard at the question. Words like that can be very similar in their spelling. “Evelyn Maeve, that’s called hitchhiking. That person is hitchhiking,” Victoria answered. |
