Kevin Maggliardi, Levi Cranston (The Magic Video Game), and Mike Wong were out playing some pick-up basketball. It was a nice Friday evening, and they did not have any plans or obligations right now. They just wanted to spend time together getting an intense workout in. Jack Andrews, Jing Hao, and Asad Prejesh, their other friends, were getting a few things for the move that Sunday. Levi, his girlfriend, Mackenzie Burbanks, Jack, and Asad were moving into Jing's and Kevin's building in Cambridge, just a few floors up. Levi, Kevin, and Wong played until their t-shirts were soaked in sweat.

Kevin Maggliardi, a friend of Levi Cranston’s (The Magic Video Game), was staying over at his girlfriend’s house for the evening. It was about 10 pm, and Shanti Lee, his girlfriend, was dozing off. Her head was in the crook of Kevin’s arm, and he watched her fall asleep. He put his hand on his chest, so that he could feel his heart beating. He then watched Shanti’s heartbeat move up and down in her chest, and it was starting to slow down a bit once she closed her eyes. Kevin looked at her, kissed her head, and fell asleep. January 2020
Kevin Maggliardi, a friend of Levi Cranston‘s (The Magic Video Game), was with his girlfriend, Shanti Lee. To celebrate their one year anniversary, they stayed in bed the whole day. At around noon, Shanti slowly woke up from a small nap. Her head was on Kevin’s chest, and her shirt was pulled up to her belly button. Kevin heard her stomach making some very loud noises. Shanti took his hand and placed it directly on top of her belly button. “You make my heart race,” Kevin said to her quietly. “You want pizza or something?” Shanti smiled and fell asleep. Levi Cranston (The Magic Video Game) and his girlfriend, Mackenzie Burbanks, spent the whole afternoon in downtown Boston with their friends, Jack Andrews and Asad Prejesh. They all live in Allston, a neighborhood in Boston, so they took the green line into the downtown area. The four kids were there around noon, and they planned to stay out for as long as they wanted. At 7 pm, Levi and Mackenzie left to go back to their apartment. Jack and Asad decided to stay out for a little while longer. Levi and Mackenzie wanted some "alone time" for a while, at least until Jack and Asad came home. After taking off their coats and settling in for the night, Levi put on one of his favorite songs and softly sang it to Mackenzie. She was lying on her back on the couch in the common area, and Levi sat by her feet. A few minutes later, he moved on top of her and started kissing her. Mackenzie could feel his extremely fast heartbeat against the right side of her chest. Her magenta quarter zip was starting to make her feel hot. Mackenzie pulled Levi's shirt up and placed her hand against his chest. Something Levi absolutely loves when she does this. Once they decided to put on some classic rock music, Levi decided to lie next to Mackenzie. He pulled his shirt down, but the lower part of his belly button was exposed. Mackenzie put her ear against Levi's chest and listened intently to his heartbeat. Another thing Levi absolutely loves when she does this. His heart had slowed down a bit, but it was still pretty fast. While Mackenzie's head was still against Levi's chest, he slowly stroked her hair. Mackenzie closed her eyes, and she thought that she could possibly fall asleep to the sound of Levi's heart beating. Once Jack and Asad came back from downtown Boston, they noticed that Levi and Mackenzie were half-asleep on the couch in the common area. "Okay, lovebirds. We are home," Asad announced. "And we brought home some pizza," Jack added as he carried two large pizza boxes into the apartment. "Oh good. I thought I heard my stomach making some loud noises," Levi replied. Mackenzie's head was still on his chest. "So what do we owe you?" "Each of us pays $8," Jack said. "I've got myself and Mackenzie," Levi remarked. Mackenzie was still in her own little world. “Are you feeling better now, Kevin?” Jack Andrews (The Magic Video Game) questioned his “baby brother.” “Yes, my chest is a little sore from the gun and running so far. But I’m fine,” Kevin Maggliardi replied. “Do you have a bruise?” “Yeah, I got a nice bruise from those bozos pressing the gun into my chest.” “Oh wow,” Jack said. “Yeah. It was absolutely terrifying. I was on my way to your place, and my brain thought I had been hit by a car. I was grabbed from the sidewalk and pushed against a wall in the alley. I had a gun against my head and my chest,” Kevin remarked. “Oh wow. Poor kid.” “Yup. It sucked. The guys looked terrifying even. The one pressing the gun against my chest had rotting teeth, no joke. I was concentrating on my breathing and my heart rate because I didn’t want to show them that I was freaking out. I could actually hear my heart pounding as if on an ultrasound. It was crazy. I started freaking out when my heart stopped.” “Your heart stopped?” “For a split second. Then it just started skipping and slowing down and then beating too fast because of how much pressure the gun was putting on my heart. He kept screaming at me to give him my money. I had like twelve bucks on me.” “That’s horrible.” “Yeah. Thankfully, my heart is really strong, so it could withstand the pressure from the gun. And it’s beating normally now.” |
