Good afternoon, earthlings.
I don't have a lot to say. But I'm going to say one thing. I successfully launched the free promotion for three novels that have just been published on Amazon since Wednesday of this week. And, actually, I'm going to say something else as well. Yesterday, I moved into my house in Elmhurst for my last semester in college. I really have no idea how I feel about it, since I'll have to move on after college. And, even though I had a lot of fun with some friends last night, a lot of things went wrong, as in the fact that my ac adapter for my laptop basically crapped out on me right before the beginning of school. So, with that in mind, I am left without an ac adapter until Monday. In other words, one word that spells....STRESS. On a more positive note, I am celebrating my birthday with some more friends tonight! So, that should be fun. On a different note, the third novels of the Rockybado, The Jazzy Island of Dinosaurs, and The Magic Video Game are still live on Amazon for Kindle and will be promoted for TODAY, August 29th, so check out the summaries and links below! Rockybado 3: "During the summer of 2014 in Crown Point, Indiana, David, Brody, and Toby Ingram go on another visit to Texamilio, where Rockybado, the Robot King of the Island, resides. The three boys take their friends, Adam Levistad, Andrew McCalsky, and John Garfield, on the adventure. When the six boys set foot in Texamilio, they realize that Rockybado's position is being challenged....once again. Not just by Claude and Susan McSmith, but also by some very interesting aliens." The Jazzy Island of Dinosaurs 3: "Summer of 2014 is here in St. John, a small town in Northwest Indiana. Life is very busy for the Grzedek family, as the kids' oldest brother, Andrew, moves to Valparaiso, Indiana after graduation from college, and their sister, Alyssa, goes on vacation with their mom. Caleb, Adam, and Cameron decide to visit Galavanti Island, otherwise known as the Jazzy Island of Dinosaurs, and they visit Dacston, a T-Rex, Valpatic, a velociraptor, Jokie, a brachiosaurus, and Sammy, a stegosaurus. Once the three boys come to the island, they have to help put a stop to Dacston's selfish cousin's hopes to run the Annual Fiesta." The Magic Video Game 3: "It is the summer of 2014 in Valparaiso, Indiana. Levi Cranston and his friends visit an island called Wakahakai to visit Marty, a cool polar bear, Sporto, an athletic walrus, Cosmo, a hysterical penguin, Jack McFrost, a sophisticated snowman, Jefferson, a simplistic Eskimo pig, and Wachnuka Kaloi, a forensics expert. Little do the boys know that they are about to embark on an adventure to solve a huge mystery." Have a great rest of the weekend! Yep. You guessed the person who wrote this blog post.

Hello and Happy Sunday, everyone!
I have some very good news. I am working very hard on getting these three sci-fi novellas finished and published by Thursday August 27th. * Rockybado 3: The Invasion of the Naughty Blue Aliens * The Jazzy Island of Dinosaurs 3: The Prehistoric Fiesta * The Magic Video Game 3: Mystery of the Island Once I have these three sci-fi novellas on Amazon for Kindle, I would like to make them FREE (yep, you heard that) on Friday August 28th and Saturday August 29th! I will let you know when I have them officially published, so I can work on bigger and better things, such as the fourth novels from The Jazzy Island of Dinosaurs and The Magic Video Game series. Among other things. FYI, Tuesday is my birthday, so I am going to post a surprise blog (you don't know what will be on it yet, muahaha), so look for it! The nice thing is....you don't know what will be on my next blog post. Will it be a cartoon? Will it be a poem? Will it be a profile? Will it be absolute rubbish? I wish I could give you an answer right now....but I won't. Tune in on Tuesday to find out for yourself. Signed, You Know Who Hey friends,
Just want to let you know that Rockybado: Robot King of the Island and day-in-the-life sequel, A Run in the Game, are going to be FREE on AMAZON for KINDLE on FRIDAY AUGUST 21ST and SATURDAY AUGUST 22ND, so please check them out and read the summaries below! Rockybado: "It is June 2006, and, after school lets out for the summer in Crown Point, Indiana, five boys find out about a robot in Texamilio, a fictitious island due west of the eight Hawaii Islands. When they meet Rockybado and his two close Bobino comrades, they are all confronted by Susan and Claude McSmith, who are both out to steal Rockybado's position as King of Texamilio, after a sour debate regarding physics in high school." A Run in the Game: "It is the summer of 2006 in Crown Point, Indiana, and Brody Ingram and Andrew McCalsky make it on the Watsons baseball team, and the team must try hard to defeat the Pratts team, their opponent, from Hebron, Indiana, that plays rough. In the meantime, Brody's older brother, Brett, must come out of his shell in order to communicate effectively with his love interest, as does David. Dawson, the oldest, and Toby, the youngest, also try to figure out who they are and who they want to be. Everyone is faced with different challenges throughout the summer." See you tomorrow! B. Levi Things are fine at first,
Then the aliens are cunning And take everything they want, Such as the TV. Among other things. They might act as quiet as an extra-terrestrial, Or decide to be loud and host a fiesta, With a piñata and a live mariachi band That plays the most exotic Mexican music. It’s a battle between subcultures. Only much less violent. They actually take a comical stance, And try to sing random songs In their horribly off-key voices. We can get an opportunity to Meet these aliens. And most importantly, The King of Texamilio. A blue alien with a moustache, A scarlet cloak, and a crown, Who normally goes by the name of Rockybado. Hello and welcome to B. Levi and the World of Sci-Fi!
Today is an extremely busy day. Yesterday was extremely busy. And tomorrow will probably be extremely busy as well. I like busy days, but I would like to have a little bit of time to work on my novels that I'm hoping to have published by August 27th. Keep your fingers crossed, guys! Now, I am in desperate need of coffee, after a drive to Naperville and home (about an hour and a half drive each way), and today just simply won't get any easier! However, before we get to the fun part of the day, I am going to introduce to you Levi Cranston's (The Magic Video Game) best friend, Jack Andrews. * Full name: Brian Jackson Andrews * Date of birth: September 8, 1991 * Residence (As of 2014): Valparaiso, Indiana * Relationship status (As of 2014): Single * Year of high school graduation (If applicable): 2010 * College degree received (If applicable): Computer Engineering * Likes: Tennis, bowling, hanging out with friends, going to rock concerts with the posse, video games, being goofy, family, tennis, bowling, cats * Dislikes: What is there not to like, besides annoying people, the color pink, and country music? * Favorite music genre: Mostly rock * Most favorite event(s) in life: Meeting Levi for the first time in fourth grade, and all of the tennis tournaments * Strangest event in life: Finding out about having adult-onset asthma just recently Welp, here is Jack for you. Now, I have to make a drive back to Naperville to see my sister perform in an orchestra concert! Oh, and we are getting our Japanese exchange student this afternoon! Here's to busy days. Signed, You Know Who Herro, herro, herro,
It's Wednesday. It's August. It's almost my birthday. And my sister and I are bound to have a fun day tomorrow. And I'm almost done with the third novels for the Rockybado, The Jazzy Island of Dinosaurs, and The Magic Video Game series. I need to continue editing my drawings and proofreading what I haven't already proofread. But....I should be able to publish all three of them by my last day of summer, August 27th. So, here is a short interview on where I am now, as the title of this blog post implies. Q: Are there any ideas for the fourth novels yet? A: Well, yes. Rockybado 4 is actually finished. I worked on it last spring, along with Rockybado 3. So, I don't have to worry about that. However, I still need to work on The Jazzy Island of Dinosaurs and The Magic Video Game. I have tons of ideas for The Magic Video Game 4 and some for The Jazzy Island of Dinosaurs 4. I am NOT going to reveal them in this post because I will be spoiling it not just for everyone, but also for myself. Q: When will the fourth novels be published? A: That is a great question, actually. I think what I am going to do is this. Since this will be my last semester in college, I will write as much as I can, but I will not be devoted to it because I need to get ready to graduate and focus on classes and work. And I will need to prepare myself for the real world post-graduation. To make a long story short, I don't know. Q: What will happen after the next seven books will be published? A: I have decided to live my life a little more spontaneously. So, with this in mind, I will probably discontinue my "novel" style, at least for a little while. And I would actually like to appear in at least one or two of my writings. I will still write some work in the series, but in different formats and styles. Again, I will not reveal anything to you. Yet. However, it will be something. Q: What is 30 times 30? A: 900. Q: When will there be hardcopy versions of my writing? A: When pigs can fly. Just kidding. I'm still working on that. Hopefully by the end of this year. Because I want people to read my stuff and enjoy it! Q: Aaaand last but not least. What is the difference in each series? A: A lot of differences. Different people. Different creatures. Different locations. Different locations in Northwest Indiana (where the kids live). Among other things. SQUIRREL! That is what is happening with my writing right now. As I've said before, I have so many ideas that I just want to throw out there, but my mind is bombarded with current projects, classes, full-time position opportunities, and whatnot. So, it will probably take time for me to go back to writing religiously (not as in genre but as in ritual) again, but it will happen. Trust me. It will. Well, I will sign off now. And I will see you all this weekend. Sincerely, That one person who's always writing on this blog You know you're an eavesdropper when....
you hear a couple talking about how much fun they had last night in Broad Ripple. They say, "I love you," with drunken expressions on their faces, and two friends talking about how hard they try to lose weight. They say, "I'm too fat. He won't like me like this," with apprehension in their voices, and your hall mates talking about dressing up formally just to go to a fast food joint. They say, "This magenta gown will look gorgeous on me," with excitement about going to get a cheeseburger, and your friends talking about how much homework they have for an 8 a.m. class. They say, "I won't get this homework done before 8 a.m. tomorrow morning," with nervousness in their tones, and your roommate talking about how much she hates college life to her hall mates. She says, "Everyone here is annoying, and the homework is hard," with anger in her words and your boyfriend talking about how much he likes someone else to one of his friends. He says, "That girl is more gorgeous than my girlfriend," with lust in his expression. You really wonder what's going on in people's minds. Happy Friday everyone,
My family and I have come home from our vacation on the East Coast. There were so many awesome highlights to the trip. I must, however, admit that my most favorite things during the trip included Niagara Falls (U.S. side, as not all of us have our passports), Boston, and Rochester. I love the East Coast in general, and I even got a t-shirt from York Beach in Maine! I'm actually wearing it right now. Although the trip was probably the best one that we've had in a while (Michigan and Wisconsin a month and a half ago was awesome as well, and I loved Marquette, MI!), we just came in this afternoon....EXHAUSTED. I was, however, thinking about posting my own character profile, as I have not done that yet. Who knew that having a tired mind can be the best thing ever? Well, without further ado....me. * Full name: Bradley Elysse Levi * Date of birth: August 25, 1992 * Residence (As of 2014): Valparaiso, Indiana * Relationship status (As of 2014): Single * Year of high school graduation (If applicable): 2011 * College degree received (If applicable): Pursuing a B.S. in Marketing with a Spanish minor * Likes: Having fun, family, friends, writing (of course), drawing, traveling, free food, Chinese food, seafood, Italian food, all other types of food, video games, listening to music, driving, among other things * Dislikes: Annoying people, most classical music, being tired after going on vacation * Favorite music genre: Rock, R&B, some pop, some jazz * Most favorite event(s) in life: Traveling to Ireland was probably the most favorite, but this is really a hard question. There were so many fun things that have happened. * Strangest event in life: The jet lag that followed the Ireland trip. Ladies and gentlemen, I bring to you....me. The Magic Video Game and The Tennis Summer will be FREE on Amazon for Kindle on Friday August 7th and Saturday August 8th, and The Crazy Chicken Escapade will be FREE on Amazon for Kindle on Saturday August 8th, so please check them out by reading the summaries below! The Magic Video Game: "Summer of 2006 begins in Valparaiso, Indiana, and two siblings acquire a video game that lets them go to the island of Wakahakai to meet a cool polar bear and his friends, including a forensics science fanatic, an athletic walrus, a crazy penguin, a distinguished snowman, a simplistic Eskimo pig, and a beautiful princess. Together, they must keep Darveda, Nelson, and Hilda from taking part of Winderplassic Estate." The Tennis Summer: "It is summer of 2006 in Valparaiso, Indiana, and Levi and his friends have to prepare for the upcoming tennis season as freshmen in high school. With two new boys who join Levi's group of friends, a date gone wrong with his girlfriend, a renovation of his family's garage, and the beginning of many tennis practices, this summer proves to be very eventful." The Crazy Chicken Escapade: "It is the summer of 2006, and three boys meet at a birthday party and realize that they have more in common than what they have previously thought. David Ingram, from Crown Point, Indiana, Andrew Grzedek, from St. John, Indiana, and Levi Cranston, from Valparaiso, Indiana, then play a magic video game at Levi's house. They all eventually meet Marty and his creature friends in Wakahakai, Dacston and his dinosaur comrades on Galavanti Island, and Rockybado, the King of Texamilio. Everyone finds out that the nearby chicken community has been taken advantage of, and they all set foot to free Radcliffe, the elected leader of the chicken community, as well as bring the overall group back to normal." Aloha Oe, Not a random person Along the coastline of Rhode Island, Waves as small as bonsai trees. The baby blue fog rising out of nowhere, As every object flows from its cerulean tint. Sand resembling dirty ivory piano keys.
A crab, Standing amidst the soiled white grains. Dancing the salsa. Digging into the sand to make a home.
Another crab. Like a soldier in combat, Dances, moves pincers Like castanets. Once finished, Digs itself into the sand, Fending off everyone else.
