Hi, everyone!
A thousand apologies for posting late on my blog. My entire week has been very busy. I work three days a week at the marketing department for a hospital, and I absolutely love my job! However, it is three weeks into my internship, and I am still getting adjusted to the new schedule. Also, my week has been spiced up with so many other occasions and affairs as well, such as meeting up with friends from intermediate school, and taking my sister to violin lessons (and I got part of one of my chapters done while waiting for my sister to complete her lesson); I believe my sci-fi compilation is coming along very well. Eleven more chapters to finish! My goal for completion is July 31st. Then, I can draw pictures for it, and I can also do some proof-reading. It is going to need it. So, on to my inspirations. Where to even begin? Rockybado was started when I did my advertising project in fifth grade, then I decided to go on with a little bit of writing. At first, the main characters were Adam, Alec, and Alex Levistad, as well as Matthew Wickenden and Michael Malakins from a fictitious town in Michigan called Nesterville (from what I remember, that was the name of it). Now, my main characters are David, Brody, and Toby Ingram, as well as Andrew McCalsky and Adam Levistad in a real city in Indiana called Crown Point. The Jazzy Island of Dinosaurs was started when I was little. I do not remember the names of my characters offhand, but they lived in Kenya. This was when I first started writing the story. Now, it’s Andrew, Caleb, Adam, Cameron, and Alyssa Grzedek, and they live in a real city in Indiana called St. John. The Magic Video Game was started when I went on a field trip to an arcade room with my friends, then I decided to go on with a little bit of writing. At first, the main characters were Andrew and Taci Grzedek from a real town in Indiana called Plymouth. Now, my main characters are Olivia and Levi Cranston in a real city in Indiana called Valparaiso. Next week, I will give you the character sketch of Andrew and Caleb Grzedek from The Jazzy Island of Dinosaurs. And, on Friday June 20th, The Jazzy Island of Dinosaurs will be listed on Amazon for 99 cents, and its sequel, The Sound of a B Flat will be free on the same day! Be sure to check them out! Have a great week! B. Levi
